Classes intended for everyone who took INTRO classes. There is no monotony in this training. A new set of exercises awaits you every day. One of the main principles of BOX is the principle of scaling the intensity of training, according to which each WOD can be adapted to your abilities, so it can be performed by any person regardless of experience or level of preparation.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training, as the name suggests, is performed in a circuit. It is a set of exercises performed one after the other with or without rest between exercises. Depending on the nature of the training, it can be specified in time or the number of repetitions in the series. Circuit training is a great tool for developing muscle endurance, improving fitness or getting rid of body fat. It is recommended for people at every level of advancement. STRETCHING
